We are proactive not reactive, in relation to both the properties we manage and our relationships with our clients and tenants. Rather than addressing issues as they present, we are always looking to the future to anticipate issues before they arise and taking steps to minimise the impacts.

We represent the best interests of our clients first, but it is a mistake to think that the interests of the tenant and owners are not aligned. Our management strategy is to focus on tenant quality as the priority and retaining them for the long-term

Rather than spending our time and your money chasing the extra $10, we would prefer to attract multiple tenant applications in a competitive environment, then choose the best fit, whilst minimising vacancy. In our experience, high quality tenants and minimum tenant turnover produces the best financial outcomes in the long run. Plus, everyone likes a fair deal and mutual respect breeds the right tenant/manager/owner relationship.

Our Difference

To spare you the boring details, we do all the jobs you would expect from your property manager. More important are the things we do differently from most other agencies:

Annual Value Estimate – Included within our management fee, we will be providing an annual value estimate for each of your properties, conducted by a fully qualified and licensed valuer. This will help in understanding the property’s performance and inform future decision making.

Asset Management Strategy – When conducting the entry condition report or preparing to let your property, we will provide an Asset Management Strategy designed to inform any actions that will support and enhance the return of your investment. This may include minor cosmetic improvements or more complete refurbishments. Where our Asset Management Strategy identifies improvement works, we offer a Project Management service encompassing design, quoting, contractor selection and supervision of works.

Latest Technology - We use some super cool tech, like no other agency in Brisbane. We are discrete with this to maintain our competitive advantage but would be happy to discuss it with you.

 

Meet the Team

After 15 years of friendship and over 25 years of combined experience with tier one property and consulting firms, Josh and Roman have decided to build something together. Something we both believe in, building a legacy by changing the game.

Our mission is simple, to change property asset management by offering exceptional service, professional advice and real honesty.

  • Roman is the Principal Licensee and property manager here at Primex, responsible for the day to day operation of the business and management of the properties. He’s a hard-working farm boy from North Queensland who’s developed a passion for property over a career spanning more than 12 years. Roman has experience in residential and commercial working in industry sectors including sales and leasing, valuation and strategic advisory.

 
 
  • Josh is responsible for client management and business development for PrimeX. He has a unique skill set gained from multi-disciplinary tertiary education and varied experience. Over the last 12 years, Josh has built a successful career in various roles within Valuation, Banking, Buyers Advocacy and Development Management space.

    Josh has a happy and relaxed disposition, and he doesn’t take himself too seriously, he’s a people person and has a knack for simplifying the complex with honesty and a smile.

    Josh also has a successful Buyers Advocacy business servicing high net wealth clients to secure their family homes and high-quality investments throughout SEQ.

 

Career Highlights

  • Both Josh and Roman spent a combined 6 years working with the largest property services firm in Australia in various roles including, Property Valuer, Buyers Advocate, Head of buyers Advocacy - Australia

  • Roman spent 4 years working in the property consulting division of Deloitte working with some of the largest institutions in Australia

  • Josh spent 4 years working as a generalist property valuer completing thousands of residential and commercial valuations, then managed a SME portfolio as a business banking manager

  • Roman spent 4 years with McGees as a property valuer working on the full spectrum of commercial property types throughout Queensland.
